I purchased some jewelry for the holidays. The return policy was stated as January 31st by the host.
That was the reason I purchased the Stefano Oro bracelet. It broke within 2 weeks. I returned it so I could beat the deadline. They refused to return my funds or fix it.
So, if you are a smart shopper and wise with your hard-earned funds, I'm putting out this red flag: don't shop with SHOPHQ because they don't stand behind their products. They didn't even send a return label with my purchase like they used to.

I had been excitedly waiting for this initial necklace. When it arrived, I couldnt believe it.
It was the letter an and my name is Bonnie and I had ordered the B. When I called about the issue, and I understand the person answering the call had nothing to do with this, she said she asked supervisory people and they said they would not pay for the shipping charges and send me a return label. I was very upset because I truly believed I had ordered the initial B. In looking at my order, I now see where the AC shows up but what shows up distinctively is the letter B so I assumed I had the right order.
They would not even think about giving me a credit on the shipping charges, even though I ordered again and had her make sure it was the letter B. I have been doing online shopping with QVC and HSN for many many years and they are so Willing to make things right but I dont see that was shop HQ.

I have a company requesting money and I'm not sure if it's my account. I have nothing to show as proof.
Preferred solution: Nothing but an explanation or documentation
I ordered Joyce Giraud 4Pure Oil which came a free gift w/ purchase with each oil that you buy
I have called the call center 7 times, the first rep stated didn't offer a free gift with purchase, and led me to see the video on the website that showed exactly what I was telling her. Now the second rep rude also told well the must have ran out of the body wash and oil set free gifts, I stated they didnt run out because I continued watching 30 mins after I ordered.
I then requested to speak with a sup says they cant transfer to a sup but a sup will call me back in a few days, No sup called me back and Im still waiting.
I feel there was a bait and switch going on. I will also email Joyce Giraud about this situation, she likes to hear from her customers.
Shipping costs
First off shipping used to be 4.99 which compared with the other shopping networks was high, then they went to free shipping on everything and now you have to spend 75.00 to get free shipping and if you don't need to spend 75.00 the shipping cost is 9.99 for one item, that's ridiculous, just lost a customer!

Sending spam emails with random addresses.
This tactic is exactly like spam and scammers. I've unsubscribed and marked them as spam and they keep coming back with different random emails addresses.
Advice: Shop with them but do not give them your main email address.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Refund offered if package never showed up but it finally did.
They couldn't track it either so they said that I could put in a claim. That they would email me and I could use it to proceed with a claim so that I could get a refund but it would take time. They said that if the package shows up to give them a call.

since the company has been changed over they do things much more sloppy.

Verified Reviewer |Damaged watch and case , requested replacement did not want credit back to my card
I had order a watch and paid for with my CC. When the watch arrived it was sent in a plastic watch box and placed in a single layer shipping envelope.The item arrived with the watch box broken in 4 place, the watch strip was not connected to watch and pin was missing.
I received a return label and sent watch back requesting a replacement. I saw the item had been delivered. I emailed their department again stating I wanted a replacement of the same watch. Today, I called three times to their CS department.
First time the wait was 260 minutes. The second time I was to have a call back in 39 minutes, after 3 hours I called back and again was told someone would call me back in 49 minutes it is now 6 hours and no call back. I just received notice that they were crediting by to my CC. They never acknowledged my request for replacement.
In fact they tried to charge my CC a second time before they credited it.
I will never recommend this company to anyone. I will be filing a letter with the FTC about their failure.

Shop HQ supposedly delivered 2 tracksuits to my address without any proof. They supposedly did an investigation with no proof and then charged me over a $100 for product I never received.
All customer service repeatedly says I am sorry. Well this customer is sorry that I signed up with shop HQ I knew a second rate shopping channel might not be a good idea, but there were some items of interest. I had no choice but to pay the balance and immediately closed my account. Customers be aware your past history with them means nothing.
I have never disputed anything but was made to feel like I stole 2 cheap tracksuits. *** you shop HQ karma is a *** one day you will be out of Business for poor customer service

Customer services will not let me talk to a supervisor about an item that I need to return. They want me to go to the manufacturer instead of them even though they advertise they will take anything back within 30 days.
I'm livid! You really careful about these guys if you're buying something expensive. I've just lost over $300 because they won't even discuss taking it back and the manufacturer thinks they're crazy and says that they're supposed to. They can be really slippery and avoid calls.
It's a $300 upright walker reg $800 that I can't use because my disabled shoulders won't work in that position. I called the 1st day for needed refund paperwork so it was right away Nobody wants it back, HQ gave me disrespectful bad service.

Low class shopping net work
As I was flipping channels tonight, I stopped on the shop HQ only to see them showing the same photo numerous times of a full on bare *** They are such a low class company that their resorting to *** to try to get sales. There was no reason to show those photos as a classy shopping net work would have shown other parts of the body not a BUTT CRACK! Seriously!!!
You people are much lower class than I had ever thought before, and I will never be purchasing anything again.
Its no wonder youre going out of business.
