I ordered MacKenzie Flower Garden Sugar and Creamer in December. Just opened the box a few weeks ago and the Creamer Has a huge chunk of enamel Size of a quarter and a chip above it on rim chipped off. I paid $131.69 for it. Because of time passed no return or exchange. This product is damaged.

User's recommendation: HSN and QVC will allow for some returns particularly for damaged goods.

Received email concerning my credit card

Finally reached credit department, claim my card wont make my payments! Its not on my end its their problem. Claim they are in a new system! As soon as it get this payed off, I will no longer purchase any of their products! My card works with all other businesses, so Ill deal with them not shophq.

I wanted to buy some N-95 Masks and they refused my CREDIT CARD. HAD ANOTHER DEAL LIKE THIS AND THE CALLER WAS NICE AND I CORRECTED THE MISTAKE OVER THE PHONE. THEY HAVE A LICENSE TO DO BUSINESS OVER THE PUBLIC AIR WAVES; THEY "DISCRIMINATE " THAT IS AGANIST THE FEDERAL LAW...... :LOOK OUT SHOP.HQ THE LAW SUITS ARE COMING!!!!N

Complaint

Representatives discourteous and not helpful. Very rude, not knowledgeable. Trying to get a customer service rep or supervisor has a weight of over 40 minutes which is totally absurd and unacceptable. Need better customer service and more knowledgeable representatives with emphasis on being courteous to your customers

Refusing refunds

This happened twice. It takes over a week for their products to arrive to my home. I usually started my 30 day return of the item from that day. But I was deligent about sending things back way before the 30 days both times the items were sent back to saying that it was past the 30 days. I ended up paying for things that I didn't want or could use.

No response - Customer Services - Big Run Around

#3571**** No response to customer trying to solve issue with Shaq 6qt air fryer - same treatment from contacting the company that supplied the fryers to ShopHQ. Not properly packed for shipping

I ordered KN95 masks that were individually wrapped yet delivered in an unpadded/unprotected envelope. Since the contents were not protected from other shipping packages some masks were bent. Also the order was not complete. The order called for 100 KN95 masks. Although the masks fit very well they have a slight order to them. I wrote a review on the ShopHQ sight and they rejected it claiming it didn't meet their review criteria. They suggested that I revisit writing the review and maybe the next time it would be accepted. What??? I never heard of this. Why ask for a review if you are going to critique the message. How are they going to improve if they don't want honest feedback. Guess what!!! I don't recommend doing business with them and I will not be giving them any more business.

Thieves and Liars

I called within hours of placing an order, and they said I couldn't cancel even though the item wasn't going to be sent for at least 10 days. They said I would have to take delivery, and then request refund because it was money back guarantee for 30 days. I received item and it was nothing like it showed on TV or commercial. i have tried several avenues of contact to resolve problem, with no avail. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. .Do not purchase from this deceptive company.

No communication when a problem by email or phone

Over a month ago paid $113.00 for 99 or 100 masks never received they only said through email check UPS who said they never received package, contacted HQ numerous times by email and calling and no one ever contacted me back, the other day the package came (no communication, and I was also cheated by 5 or 6 masks (not surprised) I am now asking that HQ STOP sending me emails and now saying to pay a dollar for this. I just want to cease these emails for marketing from HQ, do not want to hear from HQ period

Contamination of product

Contamination of product. Order a Fabulous fur Donna Salyers throw from HQ shopping when it was delivered I opened it up and took the throw out and shook it a little there were bugs attached to the throw.The origin of the product is China. I notified The New York State agriculture department they picked it up and they were going to examine the bugs I am not sure but some of them might be in my house. It was a very scary experience and Im waiting to hear from the department of agriculture they were big Beatles did not look like they were from the United States.Called HQ and told them the situation ,they gave me a $10.00 credit and said mail it back. They should pay for my bug exterminator. Really bad company.

Kn95 mask order

I ordered kn95 masks on 1-13-22 for my trip on 2-5-22. first they said they would be delivered by 1-20-22 never received? i called again after being on hold for 1 hour 20 min when recording said 20 min wait I got a person that told me that for sure i would get by 2-4-22 they day before my trip. now i received ups notice it wont be delivered until 2-5-22 after we leave for our trip so alot of good these masks will do now> I am very upset with last of shipping service, poor customer service and long phone wait times.. Fake kn95 masks

Ordered kn95 masks. I believe these are fake. Real kn95 masks should have a logo on them and these do not. I have spent 3 days leaving my phone on to talk to someone for at least an hour at a time...only to be hung up on. I would like someone to reach out to me. If I dont receive a response I am reporting you for selling fake masks. I hope we can resolve this problem a different way. Prove to me they are real.
