Shophq has dissipated into nothing but bad service throughout its organization. The customer service was lacking before they went out of business, and now, coming back into the online business space, Shophq's customer service is horrible. I was a long-time loyal customer, and I now refuse to do business with Shophq and will no longer recommend to anyone to do business with this company.

Hello,
I bought three final sale necklaces that were defective. I called customer service and was told I could return them for a full refund, and they gave me the address. This was more than a month ago, and I haven't received a refund.
My order number is 16824****. There were three Stefano Ito necklaces. My customer number is 640****. They were purchased on 05/02/2025, and I returned them right after I received them.
I cannot reach anyone by phone after making multiple attempts and being on hold for hours.
Please handle my refund. I had paid for these items in full.

Re: Want to pay the remaining value for the order #16812****. Amounts - June: $199.59, July: $199.59. I called the phone numbers 800-676-**** and 800-884-**** on June 23rd. I was put on hold with music for over 20 minutes with no live person to talk to.

- ShopHQ filed for bankruptcy 30 days ago and has no info on paying remaining payments.
I received an alert from Amex stating they declined payment because ShopHQ no longer accepts the card. I contacted Amex to confirm this alert, then called ShopHQ customer service, who reported they were not aware of this.
I called again another day and was told it is true that they were not accepting Amex or any other card. No info as to how to pay off the remaining value payments. I then learned ShopHQ filed for bankruptcy 30 days ago.
OMG. I don’t believe you can purchase anything from them anymore.

Not able to pay off value pays!!

- The customer won’t open another card; otherwise it could go to collections or court, and there are no supervisors available.
Outstanding value pays that I want to pay off! However I have 1 and only 1 credit card Amex which ShopHQ doesnt accept any longer nor do they accept checks!!
I received a call requesting payment which I would gladly pay but again ShopHQ does not accept Amex nor checks any more!
I will not open another credit card just to pay them off!!! So the only other option is to, as per ShopHQ is to send it to collections!!! Hopefully they will accept Amex or they can take me to court!!! I owe maybe $33.00.

Will the network now be operational online at all since it is no longer being televised. This was my go to network for all of my shopping needs for over twenty years and I feel quite lost now.
Was hoping that shop HQ would survive in some capacity. Would also like to say goodbye to Brent in the executive office as well as Karen in the billing dept , both who have been very helpful throughout the years.
Please advise if vendor Stefano will be going to any other network as well. Thank you
